The Executive Coordinator will be responsible for providing strategic, administrative, and financial support to the CEO, ensuring the effective execution of projects, processes, and corporate commitments.

Descripción



  • Prepare and follow up on meeting minutes for committees such as Operations, SMT, Credit, Security, and Protection.


  • Review and validate purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and documents prior to CEO's approval, ensuring accuracy and providing recommendations.


  • Monitor and follow up on CAPEX projects and internal process improvement initiatives across business areas.


  • Prepare executive presentations for internal and external meetings.


  • Support the CEO in interactions with all business units and key stakeholders.


  • Participate in committee meetings and ensure agreements and action items are followed up effectively.


  • Serve as back-up for the Executive Assistant to the CEO when required.


  • Provide support in logistics for visiting executives (transfers, accommodation, etc.).


  • Handle highly confidential information with professionalism and discretion.



Perfil buscado (Hombre / Mujer)

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering


  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative and financial functions, with exposure to projects, administrative tasks, or process control.


  • Solid background in financial reporting, project follow-up, and multi-stakeholder coordination.
  • Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
