Descripción

Strategic Leadership:

  • Design and execute a market expansion plan, identifying optimal locations and partnerships to support growth.
  • Monitor market trends to adapt strategies and enhance competitiveness.



Operations Management:

  • Supervise daily operations across multiple locations, ensuring adherence to company standards for quality, service, and efficiency.
  • Establish systems to maintain operational excellence and consistency.



Franchise Development:

  • Oversee the setup and launch of new franchises, from site preparation to opening-day readiness.
  • Train and support franchisees to maintain alignment with operational and brand standards.



Team Leadership:

  • Recruit, train, and mentor managers and key personnel, fostering a ecosystem of accountability and innovation.
  • Develop a workforce that prioritizes customer satisfaction and operational excellence.



Financial Oversight:

  • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance reports.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality or service.



Brand Building:

  • Work with marketing teams to develop campaigns that increase brand awareness and customer loyalty.
  • Represent the brand in community and industry events, serving as its ambassador in the Panamanian market.

Perfil buscado (Hombre / Mujer)

  • At least 8 years in the QSR, hospitality, or food and beverage sectors, with 5+ years in senior management.
  • Proven ability to manage multi-location operations and successfully introduce new locations or brands to the market.



Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related fields. MBA preferred.



Skills:

  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Comprehensive understanding of franchise operations and market dynamics in Panama.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Financial acumen & managing budgets and profit-and-loss statements.
