Company focused in BPO processes is looking for a Inside Sales Representative to work with US Market


Identify potential clients for Company's B2B contact center solutions
Identify the organizational structure - key decision makers for call center spend, and influencers, at target companies
Get introductory meetings with the right parties at target companies
Identify right sized opportunities, which have the following characteristics - BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, and Timing)
Build a pipeline of opportunities
Expand and maintain relationships with right party contacts at prospective client
Help business development as needed to move sales forward
Understand and improve on - make more effective - the processes for identifying and reaching out to prospects. Improve on the hit rate
Generate and submit sales reports to management

Perfil buscado (Hombre / Mujer)

Advanced English Level (no negotiable)

Previous contacting potential clients by phone, email and text messages.

Previous experience working with high profile customers (Vice presidents, presidents, general managers)

Demonstrated ability to meet inside sales objectives

Great interpersonal communication skills - written and verbal

Able to make cold calls
