The position of Lead IT Engineer will have to:

Work on designing technical solutions for several defined (and potentially undefined) use cases;
Be responsible of leveraging existing technology within the company and seeking out new technologies to aid with solution design;
Work closely with strategic teams to ensure any solutions are supportable and complement existing services within the business, and support other teams as needed;
Complete testing and support the creation of end user documentation;
Collaborate with the IT teams to ensure alignment with the company's overall IT architecture plan;
Execute solution testing and proof of concept, equipment testing and evaluation;
Research: top booking solutions, best fit for the business.

The candidate must fulfill the following requirements:

3+ years of experience/advanced knowledge of video conference and broadcasting systems, preferably in a solution design role;
Poly systems (video conferencing, infrastructure, headsets, audio solutions and integrated unified collaboration solutions) and other video conferencing systems and products: Cisco, Creston, Extron, Zoom, Teams;
Experience developing concepts, solutions, combining new and existing technologies to resolve challenging needs;
Proven experience solving complex audio/visual problems by delivery of a simple and effective solution;
Deep understanding of the audio/visual and digital collaboration market and the shift toward hybrid working;
Extensive knowledge of audio/visual technology in general; encompassing cameras, microphones whiteboards, and general A/V room and solution design;
Strong knowledge of conferencing tools, and the integration points between conferencing tools and in-room A/V technology;
Experience with video conference in a corporate network;
Experience with app deployment;
Experience identifying and solving pain points and gaps;
Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams and management to collect requirements, identify tasks, and provide solutions;
Microsoft Office 365 proficient;
Advanced English level.
