Descripción

  • Define and lead the mid- and long-term brand strategy, ensuring consistency, coherence, and strategic alignment across LATAM markets.
  • Design and prioritize core marketing pillars that drive sustainable growth and long-term brand value creation.
  • Own brand positioning, portfolio and product architecture, and packaging guidelines aligned with brand equity strategy.
  • Build and govern the regional Brand Playbook (purpose, narrative, distinctive assets, execution guidelines) to ensure differentiation and creative excellence.
  • Lead integrated brand strategy and campaigns (ATL, BTL, PR) with clear KPIs, collaborating closely with Sales, CSP, Digital & E-commerce, and external partners.
  • Drive consumer- and data-led decision-making, oversee innovation pipeline and annual brand agenda, and manage budget, P&L, ROI, and team development.

Perfil buscado (Hombre / Mujer)

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or Industrial Engineering.
  • 10+ years of experience in FMCG/CPG, brand marketing, and portfolio management.
  • Proven track record managing P&L, Net Revenue Management, margins, and ROI.
  • Strong experience leading 360° campaigns, innovation initiatives, and agency management.
  • Advanced proficiency in market research tools such as NIQ and Kantar.
  • Experience working with distributor-based business models.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience leading and developing teams.
  • Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish is required; Portuguese is a plus.
  • The candidate must be based in Panama City.
