Transformation and Excellence Site Leader

· Ensure effective KPI governance framework, performance transparency, and regular reporting integrity.

· Drive Foster cross-functional alignment and E2E process optimization across operations, finance, HR, IT, and supply chain teams.

· Develop and maintain performance dashboards; regularly monitor productivity, cost per transaction, SLA compliance, and industry benchmarks.

· Build relationship with functions locally and globally.

· Standardize processes through the implementation of Lean Six Sigma methodologies, digital tools, intelligent automation, and robotics initiatives.

· Lead Lean Six Sigma projects, drive digital enablement, AI-powered transformations, process harmonization, and automation efforts.

· Identify opportunities for AI, intelligent agents, RPA, and robotic applications; ensure comprehensive understanding of agent-based systems and robotics utilization; integrate ERP data and reporting.

· Oversee facility performance, optimize space usage, and enhance workplace efficiency.

· Assess process and automation risks and address control weaknesses.

· Ensure strict compliance with contractual SLAs; act as contract compliance owner for facilities and associated services.
