Develops marketing strategies and plans for the vaccine franchise in alignment with the corporate and regional partner and in accordance with our company's client brand plans, policies, procedures, and applicable regulations. In addition, it ensures the effective implementation of marketing plans to achieve sales objectives by: * Effectively manage the operating budget, monitor sales results, conduct field visits, establish relationships with key customers; * Evaluation of proposals from advertising agencies; * Seek feedback from field employees and proactively communicate issues and recommendations to management. * Ensures strategic development of product plans by participating in the business planning process to support completion of the Long Range Operating Plan, profit plan, strategic evaluating, and other related processes. Additionally, it keeps abreast of market dynamics and continually analyse market data and research from segments, key opinion leaders, trends, regulations, competition, governance, and organisational environment to identify key marketing issues and provide recommendations accordingly. Through cross-functional teams, the definition of objectives, roles and responsibilities and the achievement of the product network (s) are guaranteed. Develops integrated plans that incorporate key priorities for business support areas; Access to the market, medicine, politics and communications. Identifies and recommends for development key thought leaders with the potential to become active advocates for the Company's products. Build an external network with customers and key stakeholders to address market and environmental opportunities and challenges
Perfil buscado (Hombre / Mujer)
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Science, Finance, International Business or other related field. Mastery preferred. * Five (5) or more years of experience in the business environment, including marketing experience with consumer marketing experience in the fast moving consumer goods industry. Sales experience preferred. * Prefers experience in the areas of marketing planning, sales forecasting, market access, strategic planning, and promotional planning. * Financial planning for the brand and experience in resource allocation. * Experience in digital marketing planning. * Experience with consumer health care. * New product planning and go-to-market experience preferred. * Proficiency in English and Spanish, orally and in writing. * Computer application skills in MS Windows, including MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point). * Knowledge in the changing landscape of digital health. * Willing to travel up to 25% of the time.
