Based in Panama (onsite) this HRBP role partners with business leaders across LATAM to drive talent strategy and organizational effectiveness. The position requires advanced English and strong expertise in Talent Acquisition and the full employee lifecycle, including talent development, engagement, performance, retention. This is an individual contributor role with significant indirect leadership and influence across leadership teams.

Descripción

  • Support the implementation of Human Resources policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with the organisation strategic objectives.
  • Provide support in recruitment, selection, and employee on boarding processes.
  • Participate in identifying training and development needs across the organization.
  • Collaborate in managing employee relations, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Analyse HR metrics and indicators, proposing data‑driven improvements.
  • Assist in the execution of employee well being and retention programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal HR policies.
  • Act as a liaison between employees and management to address concerns and promote effective communication.



Perfil buscado (Hombre / Mujer)

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of labor legislation and talent management processes.
  • Intermediate proficiency in technological tools and human resources systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Results‑oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
