Descripción

  • Lead the site's EHS strategy, including management systems and compliance programs.
  • Drive a proactive, zero-incident safety environment through leadership and engagement.
  • Ensure full compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
  • Oversee audits, incident investigations, and corrective actions.
  • Maintain and improve certifications such as ISO 14001.
  • Partner with site leadership to align EHS goals with business objectives.
  • Lead sustainability initiatives (energy, waste, emissions reduction).
  • Manage relationships with regulatory agencies and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee site security and emergency preparedness programs.



Perfil buscado (Hombre / Mujer)

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
  • 7-10+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA and environmental regulations.
  • Experience with EHS management systems (e.g., ISO 14001).
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams and driving change.
  • Advanced English proficiency.



Preferred:

  • Professional certifications (CSP, ISO 14001 Lead Auditor, Industrial Hygiene).
  • Experience in sustainability or environmental programs.
