A global manufacturing organization is seeking a results-driven Manufacturing Operations Manager to lead production operations at a high-volume site. This position will be responsible for driving operational excellence, improving efficiency, and leading cross-functional teams to meet business objectives in a fast-paced environment.

Descripción

  • Lead daily manufacturing operations to ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets are met.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, operational excellence).
  • Manage and develop production teams, supervisors, and support functions.
  • Optimize processes, capacity planning, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor KPIs and implement action plans to improve performance.
  • Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and quality teams.
  • Support new product introductions and process improvements.
  • Drive a high-performance environment focused on accountability and results.



Perfil buscado (Hombre / Mujer)

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field.
  • 7-10+ years of experience in manufacturing operations.
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams in a production environment.
  • Strong background in Lean Manufacturing / Continuous Improvement.
  • Experience with KPIs, production metrics, and performance management.
  • Experience managing or supporting P&L responsibilities, with solid understanding of cost structures, inventory management, and financial acumen.
  • Advanced English proficiency.



Preferred:

  • Master's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Six Sigma certification (Black Belt or others).
  • Experience in high-volume or regulated manufacturing environments.
