  • Lead and develop the procurement team to achieve supply chain and business objectives.
  • Drive strategic sourcing, supplier management, and cost reduction initiatives.
  • Ensure material availability while optimizing inventory, quality, and delivery performance.
  • Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, and Product Development teams to support growth and new product launches.
  • Build strong supplier relationships through negotiations, performance reviews, and risk management.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, productivity, and operational excellence.
  • Manage procurement budgets, forecasts, and purchasing performance metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, regulatory, and company standards.
  • Support production transfers, sourcing strategies, and business-critical supply chain projects.
  • Act as a key stakeholder in driving procurement strategy and overall supply chain performance.

Perfil buscado (Hombre / Mujer)

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of procurement or purchasing leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience leading and developing teams.
  • Strong background in strategic sourcing, supplier management, negotiations, and cost optimization.
  • Experience managing procurement KPIs, budgets, and inventory performance.
  • Hands-on ERP experience, preferably Oracle / SAP.
  • Background in highly regulated manufacturing environments (medical, aerospace, or automotive).
  • Experience supporting new product introductions and production transfers.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
